Using modern tools to express creativity through building things.
A Simple Rustic Dining Bench
We needed a couple extra seats for the table and figured a bench would be nice for the kids and go with the farmhousy look of the house.

Pneumatic Pallet Breaker (Taker Aparter)
Переглядів 63 тис.4 роки тому
I needed to break down a LOT of pallets, and instead of doing it by hand, I figured I could build something to do it quicker. Here it is! I used 100% scrap material I had laying around. If it gets tons of use, I'll rebuild it with some better material... we'll see. Check out the pneumatic parts list below if interested. Would you be interested in selling your dismantler?
I want to build pallet breaker just in case I come across a pallet!! Great welding and fabrication skills.
did you use normal metal or galvenized ?
Nice job!
Cool you’re back
How much would it cost to build one in ship to michigan
About time you posted again. Us fans have been waiting!!
Haha. Time for you to start making some videos Mr. Welder
Happy to watch another video from you after a long time . From nothing to something nice . It is awesome to see potential in lot of things and people as well. Nice job !!!!
Thanks! It’s been way too long!
Beautiful work, dude! Awesome looking bench! 😃 It's great to see another video from you! Stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊
Thank you! It’s been a while…
🔥🔥🔥
Class job
While I really don't have the patience nor the equipment to put it together...BUT shut up and take my money......might take this to a weld shop see if any1 can do it...if any from Toronto area dm....cuz a dismantler is big....expensive...drains lots of pwr....
Cool
Dope Gate ! What gauge did you use for the 4x4 post I’m making a similar one and need to know what gauge will be good
I believe it was 1/4” wall thickness. Good luck!
Do ypu have a suggestion on what type of bolts to use to hold the uhmw sliders on?
Something low profile and easy to take off if they get worn down.
Looks awesome and easy!
Frightening use of a band saw. Net results look like a Disney movie studio setting , not a natural aging.
That’s kinda what I was going for, but when you add poly on top it calms it down a little
👍 indonesia
Both machines work perfectly. The pallet breaker and the taker aparter. Well done you
Haha. Thanks
Looks cheap
Je veux savoir ça va bien c'est très gentil🙏🇲🇦
How did you do the curve on the top of the gate?
I bought it with the curve. The alternative is using a tubing roller which I didn’t have at the time.
I can smell the welding lol
My Nasgul boots thanks you
Had to subscibe
Thanks!
BRAVO
It looks great, love it. Thank you.
What does the wood look like after you have removed it? Is it usable or fire wood?
Yes it’s usable.
Can you go into a little detail on how you fixed that wobble? All I saw was you pull off the existing rubber strips and glue them back down. Did you order separate strips of a different thickness or what?
Stacked slick strips to the needed height.
Very nice work
Cool😂
Not worth it.built mine spent way more than could have bought
Yeah if you don’t have a lot of material on hand, it’s not worth it.
Is for sale ?
No I’m sorry
do you perhaps have the schematics and technical specs to make it.
I can check to see if I still do
@@AModernMaker i allrready have one constructed
man, that looks great!!!
Did you first stain a coat with the brush into the gaps and edges and then stained the hole thing over or is it diluted paint what you've brushed on first? 🤔 Awesome how it came out, i love that different kind of use look you've reached on that one in comparison to most others i saw on ytube.. To another time i will definitely build a chest like yours👏🏻😎💪🏻
I saw another guy's roller earlier and thought "I bet the first thing he bent was the turning wheel". Baam! Nice.
Pls send new video
Best fabrication and engineering 🎉
Where did you get the s?
Very genius
Boring looking chest
Dude why do you hit the wood with chains? What did the wood do to you man?
You just saved me a shit load of money
Awesome
Wow ,I would really like to.hang out with you for a week ,to help me grow as builder....Such a great peice...Thank you for sharing.
😍
🪵 woods cracked
This is fantastic! I’m refinishing an outdoor bench that has been in my mom’s family for many years. Can I use this technique for exterior use? I don’t want the cracked/chipped paint to come off when people sit on the bench.
Buenas tardes que medidas tiene ya terminado gracias
